 Eric uses his scientific training (Biochemistry, Brown University) to understand all the wonderful happiness research that is being done by top positive psychologists and neurobiologists. A 15-year career on the business side of biotech and an MBA from Wharton has taught him how to translate scientific results into practical advice that is practical, interesting and accessible to non-scientists. His dynamic style and authentic stories will keep you engaged and motivated to integrate these happiness practices into your life! Eric brings to his coaching strong empathy, deep listening skills and a true desire to help his clients achieve their goals and increase their happiness. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to connect and build trust quickly with clients. Eric has been working as an informal coach with friends and colleagues all his life – working through emotional ups and downs, guiding career paths and helping them to achieve their most important goals. Eric is married to one of the most wonderful people in the world and has two young children who light up his life (and challenge him!) on a regular basis. Eric loves spending time outdoors - at the beach, in the desert and in the mountains, hiking and camping. He also leads spin classes at 24 hour fitness. He’s an active member of the Unitarian Church of San Diego and regularly attends the Burning Man Festival.
